apron:pilot : Register a new group

First please enter some general account information and contact details. The e-mail address will be added to the newsletter recipients (you can always unsubscribe) and will be used for any important information distribution from us.

If the user is already using apron:pilot, just select "Yes" at the bottom question. If the administrator is not using apron:pilot, you can simply select "No" and a new user will be created.
